THE ORDER OF MANITOBA AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
The Order of Manitoba Act is amended by this Act.
Subsection 10(1) is amended by striking out "eight individuals" and substituting "12 individuals".
This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.

Explanatory Note This Bill amends The Order of Manitoba Act to increase from 8 to 12 the maximum number of people who may be vested with the Order in a year. |
