The Red River Valley Railway Roads around Station Grounds Act

WHEREAS the Minister of Justice has caused this Act to be prepared in English and French for re-enactment in accordance with a judgment dated June 13, 1985 and an order dated November 4, 1985 of the Supreme Court of Canada;

THEREFORE HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

Roads around station grounds of RRVRy

1           All roads around or partly around the station grounds of any station on the railway known as the Red River Valley Railway from Winnipeg to Emerson or connecting such station grounds or roads with any public highway, and shown as such on plans of the Right of Way of said Railway filed in the Land Titles Office for the District of Winnipeg as plans numbers 360, 361, 362 and 363 respectively, are hereby dedicated to the public use, and shall be deemed common and public highways within the meaning of The Municipal Act.

NOTE:  This Act replaces S.M. 1892, c. 42.
