THE MANITOBA NATURAL RESOURCES TRANSFER ACT AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
1 An agreement between the Government of Canada, represented therein by The Honourable Douglas Charles Abbott, Minister of Finance, of the first part and the Government of the Province of Manitoba, represented therein by The Honourable Douglas Lloyd Campbell, Premier of Manitoba of the second part, dated the eleventh day of June, 1951, a copy of which is set forth in the Schedule, is approved, ratified, and confirmed.
