The Workers Compensation Amendment Act
(Assented to June 11, 2009)
HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
1 The Workers Compensation Act is amended by this Act.
2 Subsection 4(5.2) is amended by striking out "or" at the end of clause (g) and adding the following after clause (h):
(i) a primary site esophageal cancer; or
(j) a primary site testicular cancer;
3 This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
