THE CHIROPODISTS AMENDMENT ACT
(Assented to July 14, 1999)
HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
The Chiropodists Act is amended by this Act.
The following is added after section 15:
Recognition of examinations of other jurisdictions
The council may recognize an examination conducted in another jurisdiction as equivalent to a regular examination conducted under this Act if the council is satisfied that the body conducting the examination is equivalent to the council in the other jurisdiction.
This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
