THE CRIMINAL INJURIES COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT
(Assented to June 28, 1997)
HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
The Criminal Injuries Compensation Act is amended by this Act.
Subsection 23(4) is repealed.
This Act comes into force on July 1, 1997, and in the event that this Act receives royal assent after that date, is retroactive and is deemed to have come into force on July 1, 1997.
