The Pas Health Complex Incorporation Amendment Act

(Assented to June 24, 1992)

WHEREAS St. Anthony's General Hospital was incorporated by An Act to Incorporate St. Anthony's General Hospital, S.M. 1969 (Second Session), c. 48, and its name subsequently changed to "The Pas Health Complex Inc." by The Statute Law Amendment Act (1978), S.M. 1978, c. 49, s. 117;

AND WHEREAS The Pas Health Complex Inc. was continued as a corporation by The Pas Health Complex Incorporation Act, R.S.M. 1990, c. 192;

AND WHEREAS The Pas Health Complex Inc. has by its petition prayed that it be enacted as hereinafter set forth, and it is expedient to grant the prayer of the petition;

THEREFORE HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

R.S.M. 1990, c. 192 amended

The Pas Health Complex Incorporation Act is amended by this Act.

Subsection 3(1) is amended by striking out "ten" and substituting "13".

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
