The Amusements Amendment Act

(Assented to June 24, 1992)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. A70 amended

1           The Amusements Act is amended by this Act.

2           Section 1 is amended by repealing the definition "examining board".

3           The heading "MOVING PICTURE OPERATORS" preceding section 2 is repealed and the heading "AMUSEMENT RIDES" is substituted.

4           Sections 2 to 6 are repealed.

Coming into force

5           This Act comes into force on royal assent.
