The Manitoba Hydro Amendment Act

(Assented to June 24, 1992)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. H190 amended

1           The Manitoba Hydro Act is amended by this Act.

2           Subsection 30(1) is amended by striking out "$150,000,000." and substituting "$500,000,000.".

Coming into force

3           This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
