1(1) Licensed pesticide dealers shall not sell Goal to any person unless that person has a permit for the purchase and use of Goal issued by the Chief of the Weeds Section of the Department of Agriculture.
1(1) Il est interdit aux vendeurs de produits antiparasitaires titulaires d'une licence de vendre du Goal à une personne qui ne détient pas un permis l'autorisant à acheter et à employer cet herbicide. Le permis est délivré par le responsable de la Section des mauvaises herbes du ministère de l'Agriculture.
1(2) A person shall apply for a permit for the purchase of Goal on the application form prescribed on the Schedule.
1(2) La personne intéressée présente la demande de permis d'autorisation d'achat conformément à la formule figurant à l'annexe.
2 The sale to a permit holder shall be limited to the conditions set out in the permit.
2 La vente de Goal au titulaire de permis est subordonnée aux conditions énoncées dans le permis.
3 A permit in the form prescribed in the Schedule may be issued on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture by the Chief of the Weeds Section of the Department of Agriculture when
(a) a commercial onion grower completes the application form prescribed by the Chief of the Weeds Section of the Department of Agriculture;
(b) the applicant attends the prescribed training session; and
(c) the applicant provides evidence, to the satisfaction of the Chief of the Weeds Section of the Department of Agriculture, that he has a legitimate requirement for the requested amount of Goal.
3 Le responsable de la Section des mauvaises herbes du ministère de l'Agriculture peut délivrer un permis au nom du ministre de l'Agriculture si les conditions figurant ci-après sont satisfaites :
a) l'agriculteur pratiquant la culture commerciale des oignons a rempli la formule prescrite par le responsable de la Section des mauvaises herbes du ministère de l'Agriculture;
b) le requérant assiste à la séance de formation exigée;
c) le requérant démontre de façon satisfaisante pour le responsable de la Section des mauvaises herbes du ministère de l'Agriculture qu'il a véritablement besoin de la quantité demandée de Goal.
Le permis revêt la forme prévue à l'annexe.
4 Goal shall be applied only by or under the direct supervision of the permit holder.
4 Le Goal doit être appliqué par le titulaire du permis ou sous sa surveillance immédiate.
5 The permit holder shall accept all liability for damage caused by the application of Goal.
5 Le titulaire du permis est responsable des dommages causés par l'application du Goal.
6 A permit shall be issued only for Goal required for the single growing season designated on the permit.
6 Un permis n'est délivré qu'à l'égard du Goal nécessaire pendant le cycle cultural qui y est précisé.
7 Any Goal purchased by a permit holder but not applied during the growing season designated on the permit shall be disposed of as directed by the Chief of the Weeds Section of the Department of Agriculture.
7 Le Goal qui a été acheté par un titulaire de permis, mais qui n'a pas été employé pendant le cycle cultural précisé dans le permis, doit être éliminé selon les directives du responsable de la Section des mauvaises herbes du ministère de l'Agriculture.
