Information re employer

1(1)   An employer must provide the following information in writing to the board:

(a) the employer's name, address and telephone number;

(b) the employer's fax number, if the employer has a fax number;

(c) the employer's e-mail address, if the employer has an e-mail address;

(d) the business number assigned to the employer by the Canada Revenue Agency, if the employer has a business number.

1(2)   An employer must advise the board in writing of any change in the information provided under subsection (1) as soon as reasonably practicable after the change occurs.

Coming into force

2   This regulation comes into force on January 1, 2008, or on the day it is registered under The Regulations Act, whichever is later.
