Certificate of debt

1   The form set out in the Schedule is the form of certificate of debt for the purposes of section 22 of The Provincial Parks Act.

1   La formule prévue à l'annexe est la formule de certificat de créance pour l'application de l'article 22 de la Loi sur les parcs provinciaux.

Coming into force

2   This regulation comes into force on the proclamation of The Provincial Parks Act, S.M. 1993, c. 39.

Entrée en vigueur

2   Le présent règlement entre en vigueur à la date d'entrée en vigueur de la Loi sur les parcs provinciaux, c. 39 des L.M. 1993.
