Definitions
1(1) In this regulation,
"block" means a block shown on a Plan of Survey 17278A as filed in the office of the Director of Surveys at Winnipeg; (« bloc »)
"Division" means a Division of the Province of Manitoba enumerated and described in Plan of Survey 18297D filed in the office of the Director of Surveys at Winnipeg; (« division »)
"GST" means the tax payable under Part IX of the Excise Tax Act (Canada). (« TPS »)

1(1) Les définitions qui suivent s'appliquent au présent règlement.
« bloc » Bloc indiqué au plan d'arpentage no 17278A déposé au bureau du directeur des Levés à Winnipeg. ("block")
« division » Division de la province du Manitoba numérotée et décrite dans le plan d'arpentage no 18297D déposé au bureau du directeur des Levés à Winnipeg. ("Division")

1(2) Words and expressions that
(a) are used but not defined in this regulation; and
(b) are defined in the Fishing Licensing Regulation, M.R. 124/97;
have the same meaning in this regulation as those words and expressions have in that regulation.
1(2) Les termes non définis employés dans le présent règlement qui sont définis dans le Règlement sur les permis de pêche, R.M. 124/97, s'entendent au sens de ce dernier.
Licence fee
2 The fee, including any applicable GST payable, for a licence described in Column 1 of Schedule A is the amount set out in Column 2 opposite the description.

Coming into force
3 This regulation comes into force on the day The Fisheries Amendment Act, S.M. 1996, c. 46, comes into force.
