Approval of agreements
1 The Government of Manitoba approves and agrees to be bound by the obligations of the following international labour cooperation agreements:
1.The Canada-Chile Labour Cooperation Agreement.
2.The Canada-Costa Rica Agreement on Labour Cooperation, being the Agreement on Labour Cooperation Between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica signed on April 23, 2001, as amended from time to time in accordance with Article 34 of the Agreement.
Approbation des accords
1 Le gouvernement du Manitoba approuve les accords internationaux de coopération dans le domaine du travail indiqués ci-dessous et accepte d'être lié par les obligations qu'ils prévoient :
1.l'Accord canado-chilien sur le travail;
2.l'Accord Canada-Costa Rica de coopération dans le domaine du travail, soit l'Accord de coopération dans le domaine du travail entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République du Costa Rica signé le 23 avril 2001 et modifié conformément à l'article 34 de cet accord.
Coming into force
2 This regulation comes into force on the same day that Part 2 of The International Labour Cooperation Agreements Implementation Act, S.M. 2008, c. 24, comes into force.
Entrée en vigueur
2 Le présent règlement entre en vigueur en même temps que la partie 2 de la Loi sur la mise en œuvre des accords internationaux de coopération dans le domaine du travail, c. 24 des L.M. 2008.
