1 In this regulation, "Act" means The Crop Insurance Act.

Authorization of appeal tribunal
2 The appeal tribunal is authorized to hear, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Act, appeals under Parts 1 and 2 of the Wildlife Compensation Regulation.

Coming into force
3 This regulation comes into force on July 1, 1999.
