HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
The Elections Finances Act is amended by this Act.
Sections 70.2 to 70.4 and the centred heading before section 70.2 are repealed.
This Act comes into force three months after the day it receives royal assent.
Explanatory Note This Bill repeals the provisions of The Elections Finances Act under which registered political parties may receive annual allowances of public money. |
