AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE PORTAGE DISTRICT GENERAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION

WHEREAS The Portage District General Hospital Foundation was incorporated by An Act to incorporate The Portage District General Hospital Foundation, S.M. 1986-87, c. 52;

AND WHEREAS the Foundation has presented a petition requesting the following amendments to that Act, and it is appropriate to grant the petition;

THEREFORE HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

An Act to incorporate The Portage District General Hospital Foundation is amended by this Act.

The title of the English version is replaced with "THE PORTAGE DISTRICT GENERAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION INCORPORATION ACT".

Subsection 4(2) is amended

(a) in the part before clause (a), by striking out "five" and substituting "seven"; and

(b) in clauses (a) and (b), by striking out "two" and substituting "three".

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
