THE CEMETERIES AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

The Cemeteries Act is amended by this Act.

Section 35 is amended in the part after clause (f) by striking out "a fine of not less than $4., and not more than $40." and substituting "a fine of not less than $1,000 and not more than $2,000".

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
