THE PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE MEETING DATES ACT (LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY ACT AMENDED)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

The Legislative Assembly Act is amended by this Act.

The following is added after section 52.4:

Public Accounts Committee: meeting dates

52.4.1

The Standing Committee on Public Accounts, which is established under the Rules, Orders and Forms of Proceedings of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, shall meet at 6:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of February, April, June, August, October and December of each year.

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
