HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

Elections Act

The Elections Act set out in Schedule A is hereby enacted.

Elections Finances Amendment Act

The Elections Finances Amendment Act set out in Schedule B is hereby enacted.

Electoral Divisions Amendment Act

The Electoral Divisions Amendment Act set out in Schedule C is hereby enacted.

Act to Establish an All-Party Committee to Make Recommendations on Electing Senators

An Act to Establish an All-Party Committee to Make Recommendations on Electing Senators set out in Schedule D is hereby enacted.

The Citizens' Rights in Relation to Elections and Elected Officials Act (Legislative Assembly Act and Residential Tenancies Act Amended)

The Citizens' Rights in Relation to Elections and Elected Officials Act (Legislative Assembly Act and Residential Tenancies Act Amended) set out in Schedule E is hereby enacted.

Legislative Assembly and Executive Government Conflict of Interest Amendment Act

The Legislative Assembly and Executive Government Conflict of Interest Amendment Act set out in Schedule F is hereby enacted.

Coming into force

7(1)

Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.

Coming into force of Schedules

7(2)

The Schedules to this Act come into force as provided in the coming into force section at the end of each Schedule.
