THE HIGHWAY TRAFFIC AMENDMENT ACT (BICYCLE HELMETS)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. H60 amended

The Highway Traffic Act is amended by this Act.

Subsection 145(4) is amended

(a) by replacing the section heading of the English version with "Helmet required"; and

(b) in the subsection, by adding "bicycle or" after "operate a".

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
