THE ELECTORAL DIVISIONS AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. E40 amended

The Electoral Divisions Act is amended by this Act.

Part 1 of the Schedule is amended in the electoral division named SPRINGFIELD by striking out "SPRINGFIELD" and substituting "SPRINGFIELD-EAST ST. PAUL".

Transitional

The person who is the member of the Legislative Assembly for the electoral division of Springfield on the day before this Act comes into force is deemed to be the member of the Legislative Assembly for the electoral division of Springfield-East St. Paul on the coming into force of this Act.

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
